Employers
Friends of Recovery collaborates with mission-aligned employers who believe in second chances and in building strong, reliable teams. Our program provides job-ready candidates who have completed foundational recovery work, developed core life skills, and demonstrated consistent accountability throughout the program. Employers gain access to motivated individuals who are eager to contribute, grow, and maintain long-term stability. We support onboarding, keep communication open, and track how each placement is going together with the employer.
Housing Providers
Stable housing is one of the most important pillars of sustainable recovery. We partner with property owners, sober-living operators, and community housing programs to create safe, structured environments where individuals can rebuild their lives. Residents arrive with a verifiable record of their accountability and progress, and with ongoing support behind them. Housing partners receive consistent communication, reduced behavioral risk, and a placement process designed to protect both residents and property owners.
Treatment Centers
Treatment programs are essential entry points for long-term recovery. Friends of Recovery extends the continuum of care by providing clear post-treatment pathways that include support, accountability, employment, and stable housing. Treatment partners benefit from improved graduation outcomes, increased post-discharge engagement, and regular updates showing how their alumni are progressing. Our shared goal is to prevent relapse, increase program completion rates, and create a unified support system that continues long after treatment ends.
Community Organizations
We work hand-in-hand with nonprofits, faith-based groups, educational institutions, and service organizations that share a vision for community transformation. Friends of Recovery strengthens the communities it serves by connecting individuals to mentorship, volunteer opportunities, education, and supportive networks. Community partners help create a foundation of belonging, structure, and purpose. These are core elements in long-term recovery and personal growth.
